All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your inquiry confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
High-volume periods (e.g., product launches) may result in slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all hardware orders over $50.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BT TECH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
BT TECH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
