Every piece of hardware from BT TECH is engineered to last. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a
comprehensive warranty program designed to keep you creating without interruption.
1. The BT TECH Promise (2-Year Warranty)
We warrant our hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the
date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser for a period of TWO (2)
YEARS ("Warranty Period").
2. What is Covered
- Mechanical Failure: Keys, switches, or buttons stopping to function.
- Electronic Failure: PCB issues, connection ports (USB-C), or wireless connectivity
failures (Bluetooth/2.4GHz).
- Battery Issues: Failure to hold charge significantly below rated capacity within
the warranty period.
3. What is NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear (shiny keycaps over time, minor scratches).
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid spill, flood, fire, or other external causes.
- Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by BT TECH.
- Modifications not performed by BT TECH (e.g., soldering new switches yourself).
4. How to Obtain Service
To obtain warranty service, contact our support team at support@bttech.com. You will need to provide:
- Proof of purchase (Order ID).
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or video demonstrating the defect.
If a defect is confirmed, we will send a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective unit.
Upon receipt, we will repair or exchange the product at our discretion.
